Today was awful. Anything that was left outdoors overnight has been frozen solid (I'm talking about car doors, tree branches, porch benches and brick walls). Rain water was freezing faster then the salt could melt and do it's job. I've had to leave the house several times and I'm actually luckier than most. I still have power whereas everywhere else south of me have no heat or electricity. I'm also west of Toronto so I haven't had it too bad over here.
Everybody be careful out there! I've walked and driven all day; although it may be pretty, it's not a party.
